What is SolarLink?

 

SolarLink is a space-themed free tabletop role playing game (TTRPG) with 30+ pages of cohesive rules.

SolarLink is focused on the building and maintenance of a SolarLink, managing a crew of close NPCs, and traveling the galaxy. In SolarLink, the primary method of travel across the Galaxy are SolarLinks themselves, named thus for their ability to "link" solar systems.

The SolarLink design features include:

• Characters with stable attributes with level growth. New options and equipment are the primary method of power gain.

• Reduced die sets. SolarLink utilizes a 2d10 for most rolls and only uses d4 through d10 die.

• Maneuvers with no "feat taxes". An "open-ended" skill system in Trades.

• Open character design, Classes have substantial overlap in terms of game options.

• ​"Base building" in the form of the SolarLink's themselves.

• A constantly growing and developing Science Fiction setting.

• Continual balance and new content updates with a change log.
